How a referral works
Three steps, with you copied in if your client agrees.
1
Send us the client

2
A fixed fee in writing
We reply within one business day with the recommended package, a fixed fee in writing and a delivery date, and copy you in if your client agrees.

We value. You advise.
Tax advice: we prepare valuations only and are not a registered tax agent. How the tax rules apply, and how the transaction is structured, stays with you.
Questions accountants ask.
Do you give tax advice?+
No. We prepare valuations only and are not a registered tax agent. You decide how the tax rules apply and how the transaction is structured; we provide the market value and the reasoning behind it.
Will you copy me in?+
Yes, if your client agrees. We copy you on the fee letter and the report, and take your questions on the method directly.
What does my client pay when I refer them?+
The same published fixed fee as any client, set by the annual turnover of the business. It is fixed in writing before any work starts and is never tied to the answer.
Can you value several entities in one restructure?+
Yes. Each additional entity is a published add-on, so the full fee for a group is known before work starts. Each entity gets its own conclusion.
Can you value at a past date?+
Yes. A value as at a past date is built on the evidence that existed at that date and is a published add-on.
How long does it take?+
