# Pricing: Oliver Group (Business Valuations, Australia)

Oliver Group is an independent Australian business-valuation firm. Every fee below is a
published fixed fee, confirmed in writing before the engagement begins. There is no hourly
billing, and the fee never depends on the concluded value. All figures are in Australian
dollars and exclude GST.

The package is set by the annual turnover of the business.

**Delivery time starts once payment and all required information have been received.** It is
not measured from the initial enquiry, the booking or the first document upload.

## Small Business Valuation
- Price: $1,495 + GST
- Business size: annual turnover under $2 million
- Delivery: 2 business days
- What it is: a signed market valuation report with a concluded value and supportable range,
  independence statement and the signature of the valuer responsible

## Medium Business Valuation
- Price: $2,495 + GST
- Business size: annual turnover $2 million to $10 million
- Delivery: 3 business days
- What it is: a signed market valuation report with a concluded value and supportable range,
  independence statement and the signature of the valuer responsible

## Large Business / Start-Up Valuation
- Price: $3,495 + GST
- Business size: annual turnover over $10 million, or a start-up
- Delivery: agreed before commencement
- What it is: a signed market valuation report with a concluded value and supportable range,
  independence statement and the signature of the valuer responsible

## Family Law Expert Report
- Price: $4,495 + GST
- Purpose: business valuation for court expert purposes
- Delivery: agreed before commencement
- Note: family law valuations are provided by the sister company Family Law Valuation Co. at
  https://familylawvaluation.com.au/, not by Oliver Group. Court appearances are charged
  separately.

## Fixed add-ons
- Retrospective valuation: +$495 per historical valuation date
- Each additional entity: +$795
